Mine is very similar. I purchased it at Wal-mart.

Wall Mollies

This is what we used to mount our toilet paper dispenser and towel rings in our travel trailer. Drill 1/4 inch hole, tap in wall mollie and tighten until it stops. Remove screw and mount item. Make sure you use the correct size (1/8") for the thin walls and not the sheet rock common size.

They give you the hardware, but donít mount the towel bar or toilet paper holder in the Flagstaff Micro Lite.

I mounted mine on the backside/inside of the vanity door.

My Rockwood was the same way... Freestanding or a neat suction cup unit that we stick to the shower door. Since we donít put ďsolid wasteĒ down the toilet, I didnít win the argument that we donít need TP in the camper 😂

Fastening toilet paper holder

I cut a 2x13'" x 3/8" thick runner and screwed it to the inside of the bathroom sink cabinet door. Then screwed the paper holder to it. This puts the holder inside of the cabinet and out of the way. We have a two door Hideout and back door opens into the bathroom.

We had the same problem but solved it with a vertical floor standing model that hold s several roll. Similar to the one in the pic. The second one in the pic is an adhesive mounted one that might work. Probabably have to remove the roll while moving.
