Need to confirm

I just noticed on my new 26FKWS that on the bedroom closet slide out there is no gasket on the two sides or bottom, however there is a gasket at the top. I'm talking about inside the TT. Would someone that has the bedroom closet slide out confirm if there is supposed to be a gasket on the two sides or bottom. I'm thinking is was somehow left off. TT new 2016 purchased in jan.

Yes it does have an outer gasket

I will try and see if I can get the camera in there for some pics, I'm headed to Boise today so going to stop at CW and see if they have a unit with closet slide I can look at.

I am not familiar with your unit but all slides that I have ever seen have seals on both the outside and the inside. The outer seals are to seal the slide when the slide room is in such as for travel. The inner seal is normally hidden behind a trim molding but it seals the slide when the slide is in the out position.

I visited camping world in Boise today and looked at about 15 different TT and 5th wheels and about half had a gasket on the inside the others did not. So I guess I just have to ask the folks at RnR RV in Liberty Lakes WA. when I get there if there is supposed to be one. I'm still going to take a pic and let you folks look at it when I get home tomorrow, can't pass up a hot meal and movie to take pics of the TT

OK color me stupid, I pulled the slide in about half way and found it does have an inside gasket that you can't see when it is in the full out position. Non-problem solved
