We have a family friend with the same unit as you. He tried solo for a bit and bought the Equilizer system. He loved the difference.

Have a 2306 that we pull with a 2004 Cadillac Escalade. (Suburban, Yukon) Have an anti-sway bar and wouldn't go without it.

Thanks for the tips! Ordered a Equilizer system today. I sometimes pull my jeep on a trailer and I know the "white knuckle" feeling well.

Looking hard at a 23LB too. Anyone used a Toyota Tacoma 6 cylinder with tow package rated at 6500 lb as a TV?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the 23lb. We love ours.

We first towed with an i6 gmc envoy for one year (5,000 max tow), it did ok except for those pa mountains, then we upgraded to the v8 version with 6,100 max tow, much better. Still looking to go bigger so we can upsize the camper in the future.
