We purchased our trailer Dec 22nd. Should we have some sort of warranty card from the manufacturer to use when we travel? We have not received anything except the acknowledgment of the $150 paid for the extended warranty. Thanks for any help you can give us!

I would like to answer that but I have been out of warrenty for three years now. From what I can remember there was no warrenty card for the camper but all of the appliance manuals came in a packet with warrenty cards that had to be filled out and mailed in. As far as the camper itself go's, your camper info should be in a computer data base, for a service department to pull up. Check with your service department where you bought your camper as to how it is handled and by the way to FRF. This a great forum with tons of info and everyone here are just fantastic. Enjoy

Thank you! We are looking forward to this season and many more. I will double check with the service dept of our dealer before we take off very far. We have already registered with all of the appliance manufacturers and received replies from all except FR.

Your bill of sale or title is your proof of warranty. Keep up with that receipt for the extended warranty payment too. That's your only proof that you bought it. FR has the info but it's up to you to prove it if it's ever questioned. I really hope you wasted that $150 if you know what I mean.

I just found out some interesting info on warrenty work on campers while traveling, but I am going to post a new thread. It will be posted under " TRAVEL AND WARRENTIES"
