Something else to consider, I don't know how the beds are set up, in the 18' trailer, but our 22' trailer supposedly sleeps 4-5 people. Um, yeah right. We have the bunk bed set up, and the upper bunk is fine for a 5 year old. My 14 year old boy is now 6' tall! He does NOT fit up there. My other son is 16, and also 6' tall. The only other bed for him is the dinette table bed, which is a big disaster trying to get all the crap out of the way each night, every morning. We're only a family of 4, but our trailer is really too small.
