New Micro Lite 18FBRS Owner

I am brand new to the forum and will be picking up my new 2014 micro lite 18FBRS tomorrow.

My question is: are there other micro lite 18 owners out there that might have
some insight/suggestions/experiences with their own micro lite 18 travel trailers that would help us newby owners?

Thanks,
lpanthers

We don't own a Micro Lite 18 FBRS however, our "Little One" you see in our signature is the same trailer with the Rockwood 1809S brand. It is the very same floor plan - we bought it new May 2010 & have been very satisfied with it. Feel free to ask questions here on this forum.

Welcome to the forum Ipanthers! This forum is where I picked up most of what I needed to learn last year. Good place to come back to often. My 2109S is very similar to your Micro Lite. Congratulations on your new purchase!

We have a Micro-lite 21FBRS. Took delivery on it in March and thoroughly enjoy it. We spent 4 weeks in the DC/MD/VA area in April, 3 weeks in TN/MS/AR in October and are now on our 3rd of probably 6 weeks in the southeast. We really enjoy the push-out couch. It gives us so much more room. We found we didn't need that size table and just took it out and it stays in our garage. We have a much smaller,light-weight folding table that we keep behind the couch if we need one; also have a smaller TV tray that we might bring out if we need a table. Both, added together, don't weigh as much as the table; nor take up as much room. This is one thing we did for the shower curtain: since the shower is small, it was so easy to push the shower curtain out while showering which allowed the water to get out. So we took large paper clips and put them between the shower rings and the curtain which made the curtain hang down a bit lower, but not drag on the shower floor. Enjoy your new camper!!!!!

We have a 2012 21 ft Micro Lite and we like it .It has a lot of room and cabinet and storage space We use it about 30 times. What I did to mind was I build a shelve under the bathroom sink for the towels and then put shelves in the cabinet by the refrig. Then I put hooks above the shower so we can hang our wet towels and wash rags.cong. and enjoy

A few of my mods to consider. I think of the TT as a continuing hobby. Always something more you want to do. Have fun!

-towel rack from Target
-towel bars
-Winegard Sensar Pro signal meter (I also attached the Wingman to the antenna)
-computer fan for refridge

(sorry about alignment)
