New Trailer

We just picked up our New Micro Lite 21fbrs. Started organizing and getting ready for our first outing. How do you use the side hanging areas by the bed. A lot of space just to hang. Would like to put shelves in. Has anyone done this and how do you attach to the walls. Also the space over the couch and above the bed is hard to get into. Thinking about taking out some of the panels and putting more doors on. If anyone one has done this let me know if this helps. Any other storage suggestions would be wonderful. Can’t wait to get camping. Click image for larger version

New Trailer

Welcome to the family! We have an ‘18 21FBRS behind our ‘16 F150 3.5 EcoBoost and love it! We got an Andersen WDH for a noise and sway-free ride.

For storage in the closet, my wife on her (passenger) side modified a collapsible shoes hanger, using the shoe cubbies for various clothing items. We also put multiple coat hooks over each side of the bathroom door. Towels on the inside and jackets when needed on the outside.

Plenty of other upgrades. I.e. TST TPMS for the truck and camper, Furrion Observation camera, Torklift power armor solar battery box, LevelMatePRO, Mopeka propane tank levels, and a bunch more. Have fun pimping your ride!

I also replaced the factory mirrors for trailer tow mirrors from 1A Auto. I’ve got the clip-ons that I bought as a stopgap available if you want them.

Joe

Found a plastic tote that fits in the bottom of the hanging area. Allows you to pack it and move in and out of TT as a unit.

Don't forget to included the Rockwood 2109S in your search... same camper but different.

One outing with our 2109S and I replaced the a/c thermostat with digital and added 6" fold up extension to the bed.(I'm 73" long)

Other things I've done are: 32" tv, two large command hooks at end of counter to hold sink cover, stick-on LED light over switch panel, stick-on LED lights in storage bay, wooden toilet seat, replaced all storage locks with keyed to match main door, new shower head, and today... new Goodyear Marathons.

Wonderful information. Used a lot of the command hooks for keys hats. Like the ideas to hold sink cover and did get hanging shelves for side closets. They work for now but will have to come up with a better long term solution for fulltime
