New TT, Film on Fiberglass Finish

Took delivery on our new V-Lite 30WRLTS and noticed a few spots that appear to have a film of sorts that may have been a protective finish on the fiberglass. I have wash the TT now twice and the film still shows. Is this some sort of factory protective coating on the trailer that the dealer removes prior to delivery? I want to remove the various spots that must have been missed by the dealer prior to delivery. I need to know what to use so I don't damage the shinny finish.
