Outside Kitchen stove ripped 831BHDS

Just noticed this on our 2nd trip out. Took images so you can see.

Check the underside of your counter where the stove is. Mine is ripped from the screws:

Calling for a new one, they want me to bring it to a dealer. I can just replace it, but they don't want me to?

Ours did the exact same thing on our 829RKSS. Luckily I caught it during our PDI and they fixed it before we left. Looks like they used a stronger bracket and larger screws. It's been working like a champ now for 3 years.

If it's still under warranty I would let them fix it. In the event it happens again it's all on them to make it right.

The problem bringing it back to the dealer even if it is warranty work is you run the risk that they screw it up worse or just don't do a good job. In my experience you have to weigh the price of gas and time against the cost of doing the fix yourself and act accordingly. Maybe this is one of those cases.
