Enjoy!

Don't forget your RV will have the Reese Revolution pin box. No need for a slider unless you want it.

Anybody use the gas grill that came with unit? Mine came without instruction on setting and hooking up to propane. I'm not sure if I'm going to use it or get the Coleman Road Grill

We have used ours several times. I have used better grills but, it works and is handy to haul around.

What type of hose and connector did you use to connect to the 5th wheel propane supply?

There is not a standard hose made. I watched a video on YouTube named "Connecting a Coleman LXE Roadtrip to a low pressure trailer quick connect."

I'm still currently running mine on the high pressure bottle, but will order extra parts from Coleman so that I can use mine either way when I build the adaptor. I'm also going to make an additional shelf from the old grill's mounting rail/bracket on the side of the RV.

Ok sorry for prolonging this topic. The grill that came with the Flagstaff did not include a hose or connector. Does the propane supply on 5th wheel have a hose that stretches and connects to grill?

I think you need to go back to your dealer and have them get you a new grill or at least all of the things that should have been included in the box your grill should have been in. They also should show you how to hook it up. There is a propane connection (valve & quick disconnect) under the trailer just, rearward of the of the dinette slide out. I hope you are able to resolve this with your dealer.

Yep, the hose should definitely have been included.

Are wheels on the 8528 alum or steel? Also how often do you have to add air with nitrogen? Where can you get nitrogen?

We have had ours for almost 2 months and love the space, good size shower/bath and walk around bed. We too have the "blast furnace" bath and bed with cold living. Don't know if it is the long run (also feeds the pass through),fact that there are so many windows or the gaps in the slides. To help in the living area, as long as you have electric, we hook up a 110v Heat Stream thermostat controlled small portable heater 1500 watt. Nice because it is not loud, has a temp control and will shut off when not needed. Plug in at the end of the island and blows on the recliners and will rotate if you need it toward the sofa.

We have another problem, our awning leaks all along the seam that the metal shroud is "stitched to". Got an appointment to see a service dealer but don't know what is going to happen. Warrant manager Roger Beiler at Forest River said to use Beeswax on the seam until we can get it fixed. Heavy rains and storms due tomorrow so I guess we'll test that theory. Anyone else had this problem?

My wife and I purchased the same model. After two trips and some very minor warranty repairs. ( two small water leaks and lose screws etc etc ) we couldn't be happier. Our dealers service after the sale is awesome. Sales team still checking on our satisfaction and even the Manager has checked on us to ask how they could improve,,,, great team great people
