Panel on Refrigerator

My wooden panel on the refrigerator keeps falling off. The dealer replaced it once and now it has fallen off again. Can I glue it? The panel is too heavy for the small pieces of plastic that are on there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Probably GOOP glue that you can get in any hardware store will work. I use it all over the house and it holds. I even used it to secure the roof drain extensions on and they have been on the motor home for two years.

Dose it hold your house together as well? What's cheaper GOOP glue or nails. and I guess there is no need for a hammer in your tool box.
