petcock drain

We have had a lot of rain the past few days. Today we went to pick up the camper and i decided to open the petcock drain on the underbelly rear of the camper and to me it seemed like a lot of water came out. Is this a possible problem? Where would I need to look to check this out? Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your help in advance!

The petcock drains the fresh water tank, not the camper.
