I purchased this cover from amazon, ADCO 52245 Designer Series Gray SFS AquaShed Travel Trailer RV Cover, for our 2014 27rlws and it fits ok. I believe the next smaller size would be better as this size covers the propane tanks ,the front power jack and the spare tire with room to spare. It is a nice cover and seems to be well made.

I wonder if it would be good to have the propane tanks ,the front power jack and the spare tire covered? We have to park ours in storage lot.

Pics are posted in my signature line.

Also, I have a question about towing. Hubby thinks we may need to buy a sway bar.
He is used to towing a 5th wheel, but on the way bringing TT home, he noticed some sway in the truck? He is thinking of buying this
2003-2008 Dodge Ram 2500, 3500 2wd 4wd (w/ 5.9 Diesel) - REAR Big Wig Sway Bar [7265] | $262.95 | SD Truck Springs | Leaf Springs, Helper Springs and Suspension Parts. Any thoughts?
We are currently towing with a 10,000 lb tow ball hitch

Congrats on the new 27RLWS. Pics look very nice.

If you're towing with a 1 ton pickup you should be fine with just a WDH with anti-sway. No need for the Big Wig Sway Bar. Are you using a WDH? The most popular here are the Reese with Dual Cam and the Equal-i-zer. Others have positive reviews, too. Just do a search.

We have the Rockwood 2703WS. Same as the 27RLWS just different decals. We had a tire failure last week on a five month old tire. I was considering upgrading to a 8 ply D rated set of tires. Any change of tires from the 205/75/14 C tires will void the warranty on the frame and axles per my phone call yesterday with FR. I was told to keep the air pressure at 50lbs, don't overload, and pull the trailer level. We have the non air bed sofa. My brother and his wife told me they would never stay another night on this contraption. (thank you FR, I have my privacy back).

Who was the F/R person that made the (Frame/Warr. Statement)? Sounds like they would rather have you (Blow) a Tire than break a weld on the Frame! Youroo!!

That doesn't sound right. My 2014 came with a mattress. It zips up in a pouch hanging off the back of couch

I tow ours with an Equilizer. Although noisy it's a massive piece of equipment. I have been researching the Anderson which is about a thousand pounds lighter (exaggeration of course). I haven't quite wrapped my head around how the Anderson works but there are many claims that it does in fact work supposedly better than the Equilizer.

The air mattresses are out now. The current trailers are shipping with a new style bed called an EZ Sleep Hide-A-Bed. Here's a video of it.

Not too sure that F/R rep knew wtf he/she was talking about. Tires have no affect on the a/axle and b/frame unless the tires are such a radical change in size that they rub. Now saying that, I'm sure folks won't put multiple size tires on their TT. I would of course make sure the tires match the circumference of those coming off the TT. The Dexter axles are two 3500# axles which is of course 7000# total. The TT GVRW is 7500#. The remainder of the weight is the tungue weight. The tires sold on the trailer are Super Trail "C" rated 1760# each (7040#), 65 mph at 50 psi. I will definitely be changing out these to "D" rated Hankook this summer.
I have no idea why manufacturers put such under rated tires (my opinion) on these trailers with weight limits so close. Granted I have had our TT weighed (all four axles including tow vehicle) and fully loaded is about 6500#. I eyeball everything the DW walks up the TT to monitor the weight. As I said in a previous post, I removed the counter extension and the air bed. Limit your load and you will be fine. Load it to the max and watch out and hang on.

And, as expected, dealer did not make any mention of it.

I called Rhonda at Forest river and confirmed that the 10 day rule on the extended warranty is no longer valid. Still, I recommend getting it done asap.
