How can I repair it without a big notice

I'll assume you have the smooth Azdel side walls? You didn't say.

Most holes can be repaired just like in a boat or other hard surface.

If you have the ability to use epoxy/urethane filler and can sand and paint, most small holes can be repaired easily. If you can't do the repairs, maybe find a good body shop or boat repair place to do it.

There have even been some who simply put a decal over the hole and called it a day.

If it's just a pinhole, a dab of color matched caulking shouldn't be noticeable.
