Radio brightness

Hi all
I have a new flagstaff 25bds. The radio/cd is an IRV
Technologies. Plays great. The buttons lite up nice and bright. The menu screen is quite dim. It has 3 settings from low to high in brightness.
Does anyone else have a dim screen. It’s readable but nowhere near as brute as the station buttons.
Thanks

Contact Patrick industries and talk to their tech they should be able to help you resolve this problem.

Thanks. Are they the manufacturer?

Yes they are, I can't find the number, but I think the person to talk to is Scott (don't quote me)

Spoke to Patrick industries today. They say that they’ve received a number of complaints about the dim led menu. They state their trying to manufacture one with greater brightness and states that forest river was aware of said dimness I have to take it up with them.

I noticed that in ours, we have a 2019 Roo 233s. Are you going to contact FR?

I don’t know yet. We’re on the shakedown cruise this week and it’s not the worst thing in the world at the moment. You have to be up close to see it. Otherwise the trailer has performed flawlessly.

Same issue with our Microlite FKS. If I get close and on my tip-toes it brightens up a little. It seems to be more from looking at it not straight-on. It's awkward though.

I had brought mine in for some warranty work and made a list of some other items and this was on the list. They just replaced the entire unit. It is brighter now and can actually read it.
