Rearview Camera Q - MicroLite (21FBRS)

Prewired for camera on the rear outside...I assume only 12VDC since they are pushing the wireless cams. I want to install a WIRED cam to the tow vehicle where I already have a nice 12V/video line jack in the bed. My question is has anyone ever tried to "fish" the rear wall towards the bottom where my DC/video cable would come out? Not sure where/how the existing DC wire(s) run. MUCH cheaper if I can install wired system as I have on a fiver. (Better pictures too). I was hoping that removing the camera mount I would be able to fish using the existing DC wire to pull in my new DC/video cable. Thanks for any insights.
