Replacing shower faucet on 2008 microlite 18fbr

Hi All!
I'm getting ready to take our RV out for its first trip of the year, all the way to the other side of town, too! During the winter, apparently our shower faucet broke. How hard is it to replace? I bought a new one from amazon, hoping they're a universal size (notice how I didn't use assume?). The knob had popped off and I could see into where the stem should be. On our RV there is no access panel as the shower is on the back wall...

I also picked up an Oxygenics shower head and will do that too.

Any tips? Any special tools I'll need to bring with me?
