Roof Cleaning Help

I am having a heck of a time trying to get these mold spots off of my roof. What have you guys used successfully to remove the spots?

I use 30 second cleaner from Lowe’s on my awing and roof. Makes it look brand new

How long have you been using it? Is it a rubber roof? Thanks

Do you put a protectant on after?

What have YOU used to get them off?

Have you tried a rubber roof cleaner?

All EDPM rubber roofs need a protectant applied after cleaning.

TPO roofs (not rubber) by comparison do not.

The Protect All is the last item I have tried. Although it makes it a bit brighter, it is not removing the mold spots.
