Roof Material - 2016 Flagstaff Micro Lite 21FBRS

I just picked up a new 2016 Flagstaff Micro Lite 21FBRS for my father in law a few weeks ago. I want to know exactly what roof is on this thing. Not what the brochure or dealer says, but exactly what roof manufacturer, type etc. Like mine, has a Dicor Diflex II TPO roof. I know exactly what I can do with it since I know who to talk to. Literature for Flagstaff says vinyl / rubber composite, but I'm not aware of a RV roof manufacturer that uses that description for their products. Just wanting to know what I can and can't do with it. The material on the Flagstaff appears similar to what I have, like a TPO. Also would like to know what lap sealant the factory is putting on it. Could be the tan Dicor 501 or 502, but doesn't quite look or feel like it. Emails to Flagstaff have been unresponsive, and dealer has not been of much help since they're contacting the same people I am. Factory did a decent job on the lap sealant, but not up to my standards. Thanks for any info yall might have.

Usually there is a separate pamphlet for the roof to tell you how to maintain. I would think they list a web site it. Later RJD

our Rockwood Roo came with paperwork from the roof material manufacturer, stating type of roof material and care/maintenance instructions.

My 2014 21FBRS packet included a flyer indicating that it had an Alpha Systems TPO roof. The information in the flyer is apparently inaccurate. It says you should not use any products containing petroleum distillates. Wrong.

I called Alpha systems today and a somewhat surly customer rep said to use DICOR (which contains petroleum distillates). She noted that Alpha's 1010 sealant also contains petroleum distillates.

She also said to use something called Superflex sealant. Not much luck finding that, so I'm using Dicor.

The roof is a Alpha Superflex. Not my choice of roofs. Heck even on their installation they show having to use a primer before the lap sealant. That's just plumb ignorant to me. Though Alpha still has a decent product, they have always been more difficult to me, and I've had a few of them on Mobile Scouts. Dicor is way easier to find stuff for. I always used the Dicor 501 on our Alpha epdm roofs, but ours were not like this superflex stuff either.
