Roof separating at seam??

After checking the caulking around the roof vents the other day we noticed this. Does anybody know what could be causing this. There is some give where the roof is seamed together. Fiver is a 2013 flagstaff. We did purchase the extended 1 year manufacturer warrenty AND it is due up at the end of the month. Would this be covered under warrenty do you think?

There is a small tear right on the edge of the joint. Trailer is not parked under any trees and we have not camped under any trees for at least a year.

Its time to test your warranty! FR does use very good products but sometimes bad material slips past their inspections, the workers are human. I have parked my TT under a tree for ten years (no option) without roof damage or leaks. The tree leakage will stain the roof but has not caused any holes. Get your TT to the dealer and let them inspect the roof.
