Shower door shattered on our maiden voyage

Picked up or brand new flagstaff 26fkws. It towed wonderfully the entire way home but upon opening the door we observed glass shattered everywhere. The double sliding glass shower door which was latched appropriately decided it did not like our New York roads. Dealer maintenance shop is closed today. Will try back Monday.

My 2016 has the angled door (they changed some time in 16) I like the round doors maybe it good I didn't get that. Good luck with your door is suspect it was an alignment issue

worried they will accuse you of not latching the door.

Ok still waiting on dealer to get back to us. My thought was that we did latch it for transit and that maybe created too rigid of a piece so next time I should keep it unlatched to give some play. With my trip less than two weeks away we will probably be hanging 3mil clear plastic drop cloth material from Home Depot with some clamps to get us through. I was hoping they could just send the new door to me and I could put it in before the trip but seems unlikely now. Oh well. If I did the install it would void the warranty so may just have them do it.

Who told you that?
Many folks (including myself) have gotten parts from the factory and installed without voiding the warranty.
