Slide Floor issue

I have a 2012 831BHDS and noticed an issue this evening while getting ready for our first trip of the year. On the rear slide it appears that the floor is starting to pull away from the walls. Toward the inside of the slide the floor is bowing down and it has caused the plastic trim to crack which concerns me when its extended out. I believe the cause is the sleeper sofa that is in the back as it is heavy and even pushed all the way back toward the wall the front of sofa is only a few inches from the edge. I can also see that this sofa does move around when traveling down the road and I am sure it bounces, which could have caused this.

Has anybody seen this issue? Being its a 2012, is there a chance the mfg would be able to make this right through a warranty claim?

Thank you.. I will take a look..

I am also having an issue with both slides where the plastic edging at the bottom of slide is cracked. On the super slide there is no give toward that front as I am seeing on the bedroom slide to cause this. So it appears to be cracking as it slides in and out as the weight of the slide is riding on the white plastic strip that is below the slide on the trailer. Any idea why Forest river or the slide mfg wouldn't use metal here? Now I am very concerned about water getting under and to the exposed plywood floor. For this weekends trip I plan on just applying some sort of rubber tape to the edge when slide is extended, but once the slide comes back in it peels this tape off..

Pulled the trailer out of storage and was hoping to get it ready to use. However, when we opened we noticed to big tears across the vinyl floor. One tear is from the sofa (on the slide) across to the table and the other comes from underneath the stove/sink and stretches across to the bunks. Needless to say I am not impressed. Dealer said there is not much they can do minus 45 - 50 temperatures play havoc with these things and sorry for your bad luck. But for $1500 - 1800 they will gladly replace it for me. Well since we will continue to have winter here in Saskatchewan why would I spend the type of $$ on something that will likely tear again. Should not a company's product be appropriate for where it is being sold? Any ideas? I believe the type of flooring is beau floor.
