Does anyone know how to manually operate a slide on a 2019 Flagstaff Micro Lite 21fbrs?

You should have gotten the crank when you bought it. Under the sofa, the vertical panel pulls off under the cushions (heavy duty Velcro). The manual cranking is done there.

Unless the slideouts are a Schwintek system. There is no manual crank.
The OP or someone who owns this model, needs to clarify what make the slide system is.

Marinerjoe has the exact same trailer, so most likely same slide .
