I blew the fuse of our slide the first week. Bought numerous fuses of various sizes and have yet to use another one. It pays to have extra fuses handy because if you have them, you will never need them. The day you don't have any is the day you will need one. It's just happens that way I suppose.

We also have a 25DS and also just blew a fuse on the slide out 2 days ago! What causes this? seems to be a frequent issue.... Thinking of replacing the fuse with a auto resetting fuse to fix this if it happens again.

I'm not a big fan of resetable fuses. If there is something wrong and a fuse blows it happens sometimes. When it happens a lot and there is a real problem the the resetable fues resets, it could cause more damage. Ours blew on our first trip. Bought a handful of fuses and never had another problem. Is the slide binding causing the motors to over heat and blow a fuse?
