Step replacement (upgrade)

I have the crappy, flimsy entery steps that came on my 5er from the factory. I guess they are the Lipperts everyone else complains about. I have broken several of the rivets and replaced almost all of them with bolts and lock nuts. Still not happy. I'm a big man and I just do not like how they feel underfoot. I want to replace/upgrade them. Any suggestions on a quality replacement? They are the tree step model. I was thinking maybee going with a four step model? Any help is always appreciated.

Also not happy with the Lippert steps on my TT. They were slightly bent when we bought the TT new. Hard to deploy and put back.

No suggestions or does my post suck? I do want to replace them but don't know which brand to look at.

I also am not happy with our steps. They feel flimsy. I was hoping to see a response as well. I was toying with the idea of building plywood steps that break down easily.

I can't help you with a brand to replace your steps with but I will add that if you use a step stabilizer it stops most of the flexing.

Step replacement (upgrade)

GlowStep Revolution by Torklift. There are usually extra steps, shorter step height, but most important for big guys is that the feet are firmly touching the ground. I'm beyond happy with them.

X2 that may be the better option. Like a short jack post setup
