Suburban SW6dE issues

I have an sw6de water heater in my Flagstaff 26rls trailer. When I light it via the switch inside it lights fine and runs fine. Every once in a while I hear it trying to ignite (3 attempts) I think then the reset light comes on inside. I power It on and off then it attempts to relight again . Sometimes it takes several resets for it to cut in and other times it light right away. What should I clean out to help resolve this issue or what should i check out

Are you trying to run it on propane? If not, turn the electric switch on at the water heater. It's down on the bottom left side hidden behind.

Air in lines, low system pressure. Burner is dirty?

Yes this happens when I run it on propane. As mentioned it has trouble trying to re-ignite at times after initial heat up. When I notice it is usually during the night when I hear it clickng under our bed. Happens randomly during the day as well.

Based on these "hard start" issues I should probably try using the propane next time out. It was never used so far.
