Toilet Leaking

Hello All,

I have a 2006 831BHSS and I noticed a bunch of water around the head last weekend. It appears that it is leaking from the mechanism right where the water line enters the toilet. I cant tell if it is the actual fitting or something else. It looks more like the flush mechanism. Is there an easy way to check this or do I need to pull the entire toilet? If I have to pull the toilet how do I do that? Thanks!

Easy to pull, just shut the water off, disconnect the water line, remove two nuts on base and lift it off. We stuff a couple of washclothes in a plastic bag and stick in the hole to prevent smell and possibly dropping something in the black tank. You need to determine if the leak is from the water inlet to the toilet before you remove it. Might want to wear the disposable gloves also.
