true weight of 831rkss?

Can anyone with this trailer or similar give me an idea of what the true weight is?
I know its "dry weight' is about 6100lbs. But after you add the "options" I'm curious what it comes to.
I have a F150 with the 5.4 and 3.73(Factory tow package). Ford says 9500 max, but I think that is a lil optimistic. I'm currently towing an 8,000lb(CAT scales) Keystone Bobcat. The truck tows it fine, but if I can help it out with a lighter trailer this go round, it and I will both be happier.

Been to several dealerships of late looking at models and just about all of them have stickers on them now stating the actual weight of the unit leaving the factory, including upgrades. If your local dealer installs some more goodies for you, then obviously add that weight.

Not sure what you mean by positions? With a couple of hundred pounds that weight could of come from batteries, slide toppers, full propane or anything else that was added after it left the factory.

Go by the certification label for a specific TT. The weights will differ - even when comparing similarly equipped TTs of the same model. The glossy brochure for our Rockwood stated a dry weight of 5887 lbs, which we thought was pretty cool given that we were hauling with a half ton. However, the certification label lists the dry weight as 6404 lbs. Appreciate that the advertised weight is for the basic trailer but assessment of the options etc did not add up to 500 lbs extra. Magic?

Cheers

The new Shasta's and Wildwood's come from the factory, with a yellow sticker in the main door jamb, stating the weight as it left the factory. Most have awnings, and options, but do not have a battery, or propane, although the tanks and covers are there. If you add 60 pounds of propane, and 40~50 pounds for a battery, you're up over a hundred pounds from that sticker. Dealer's add few options, as most have awnings, televisions, grills, etc. The customer adds the options that are worked out with the dealer, if not already equipped. Maybe others have that same sticker also.
