And, for what it's worth- in my opinion, that dealer should be buying you a TV.

this is strictly on the Dealer. they need to be the one to contact FR if they need to replace the stolen tv's, not the customer.
if they have to, they need to request that FR ship the replacement tv, directly to your address.

you shouldn't have to be the one doing all this.

I don't disagree, Dan- this totally should be on the dealer. In fact, it should either be out of their pocket or from their insurance and not even FR's fault. BUT- if the dealer isn't stepping up, going to FR is the only "stick" I can think of.

Your right I shouldn't...who puts the TV's in the camper?..if it's the manufacturer and the customer doesn't recieve it..think they should know..like I said before..it's just the principle..I'm probably going to upgrade the TV anyway

The manufacturer does, I believe.

And, it's not the principal of it- you can sell what comes with it to finance the next one! That's a benjamin out of your pocket.

Get the better deal an with the money you saved, upgrade to the 37". Then move on from this. I would be happy that I had a opportunity to grab the better deal. Dealer probably is not happy either about the missing tv or granting a better deal but we all must move on. And...some dealer remove the tv's when the trailer arrives because they get stolen. Then they break into your stock room and take them all.
