We just got our 30WRKSS a few weeks ago and love it! We will be towing it with a 2012 Ecoboost Maxtow (still in the 1,000 mile break-in period of "no towing").

Looking at a Flagstaff V-Lite 30WRLTS. Is anybody pulling these with a half ton truck? I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 LTZ. Dealer says I should be fine up to 8000lbs. I have a Volant cool air flow exhaust and will be adding a Superchips programmer and Magnaflow exhaust.

I pull my 30wtbs with a 2003 ford expedition 5.4 liter. I can pull up to 8600 with my setup and it pulls like a dream. I also use an equalizer hitch which I know improves the sway.

We love the vnose and extra room it provides. Happy shopping.

So how do you like your trailer so far. We love ours. The perfect floor plan for our family.

It is great. The kids love the bunk house. My wife and I are having so much fun. We have 5 kids and spent the last 2 years doing tent camping trips. I love all the storage space and that bike/ carriage door on the side. We already upgraded the sewer line to a camco rhino. We just got it 2 weeks ago and are taking our 2nd camping trip this weekend. Hopefully this hurricane will stay off shore.

We currently have an KZ Frontier, which we like - but it needs some minor repairs - so we started looking and got the itch.

Thanks,
Did you ever decide on a travel trailer?

summer of 2012 we purchased the 31' x-lite classic flagstaff dbl slide bunk house with outdoor kitchen. the bunkhouse slide is great extra space for kids most special is our love for the outdoor kitchen, I highly recomend. We also have 2 enterance doors, one permits enterance from the outside directly to bathroom (nice). We love the unit, of caution with the dbl slide flagstaff the outdoor kitchen sink goes directly into black tank not great unless you get full service sties all the time. When we don't, I have a plastic basin I just sit in sink and toss when used.
