V-Lite table - do I need coasters for drinks?
I have a new 30WTBS with the wood table. Is this table water resistant or do need to use coasters to avoid the dreaded white ring?

No coaster necessary.

If you have the folding table mechanism, I recommend the coasters have a rubber grip bottom!

We have a free standing wooden top table in our 12Flagstaff and sat a damp pot holder on it with a pan on it and it marked it with a big white mark. Finally got rid of the white spot and now we use pads under EVERYTHING! Hot things are put on trivets.

Always put hot pans on a trivet or pot holder and never wet at water conducts heat and heat plus moisture warps wood. I still stand by no coaster for a cup or glass.

To each his own, but we've already experienced rings on tables in our 54 yrs of marriage. Why take a chance especially on FR wood tables?

Hey OC, the ages of trees are measured by the rings.

No wonder they don't hold up, they're put together with toothpicks!

We actually replaced our folding table like the one pictured! Used the same top but installed the old style with the poles and rings. It is much more stable now! Super easy to do!
