VIN Rusted

I'm concerned the DMV will not be able to confirm the VIN on my 2004 pop up. Is the VIN stamped somewhere else other than up by the propane tank? I'm not sure what the DMV responds to these situations.

Don't know where you are located, but here in VA. the DMV has never looked at any of my vehicles to confirm VINs.

If your VIN is stamped into the frame, then there should be no trouble to get a pencil rubbing of the VIN.
