We checked it out this morning and made the deal, we are scheduling to bring it home the first weekend in April.
This will give us some time to prep the area where we will be storing the trailer in our yard and run a 30a line outside so we can power it up.
Let the games begin!

Congratulations! Make sure you run a 120V, 30amp line. I have read stories of people running 240v since it is more common on a 30 amp circuit.

Thanks, got everything covered.
My other life is selling electrical supplies, the only good thing is I get to buy what I need at cost

So we are approved for the loan, have insurance ready to go through Nationwide and just need to lock in a date to pick it up!
Looking at either next Saturday 3/18 or Saturday 4/2 as those are the only dates we can make it to the dealer. With our work schedules and the hours the dealer is open all we have are Saturday's to do the PDI.
I was also surprised that Nationwide beat out Progressive and Tobin on insurance.
Guess it does pay to have our home & three vehicles all on one plan for added discounts!

We bought ours at Keystone RV in Pennsylvania. They have a 23FB on their site now listed for $17,999. I'm in no way affiliated with them, I just wanted to give you something to compare prices.
And like others, I would steer clear of the added cost of warranties. If you're a DIY'er then after the 2nd year you could most likely do a lot of repairs yourself if needed.
We bought our 2015 23LB from Keystone. It was worth the four and a half hour drive. We saved over 4K by going there. We went for the 23LB for the Murphy bed option. The only thing I would like to see them change is the closets next to the bed are really short. Hanging clothes on hangers is not too good. The only problem we had was the rubber feet on the dinette table were loose. I found that the pieces inside the table legs were stripped out. Other than that we are quite happy. I would buy Flagstaff again.
