Wall paper coming loose

I have a problem with my new trailer. The wall paper on the rear outside wall in corner next to wardrobe is coming loose. It is about 1" wide by 12" long.
Could a leak be causing this or is the glue just separating. I would do a picture but it is at the dealer who has ordered a new wall panel from Forest River. It looks kind of crunched or pushed up when installing wardrobe against the wall but it is also bubbling loose. Hopefully it was not caused by leak and just glue problem or a install problem. I would think because of location on inside wall that a leak should not cause this but I could be wrong.
The dealer has ordered the whole wall panel because that is what FR wanted to fix. It appears to be a big job because it goes along the whole inside wall
with connections with floor, wardrobe, floor and cabinets. Dealer acts like it is no big deal for them to install. Anyone else have this inside wall problem fixed or replacement?

I certainly can't speak to your exact concern without seeing what you are describing but I can tell you we had a manufactured home that uses basically the same materials and techniques (paneling covered with wallpaper as wall board) and there were several places where attaching something to the wall, pushed or pulled the wallpaper loose from the panel near the attachment point.

Best of luck with whatever you find.

5picker,
Thanks for the reply. It could be the wardrobe against the wall. But it is not all the way from top to bottom. But about 1" x 12" area in the middle of wall next to wardrobe.
The wardrobe goes from the ceiling to the floor. But you could be right, maybe coming loose at the point because of weight shifting. Maybe not connecting good at that point. Hopefully the dealer can check that but I will mention that to the dealer.
