Warranty factory repairs at fr.

I would like to give a 10 out of 10 on the warranty claims to the teams that repairs the assembly line mistakes that are found after you buy your trailer. We bought a 2011 Rockwood model 1809s in september. The trailer was built in august 2010. Not long time after we had the trailer we noticed that the trailer was leaking under the menbrane under the pass thru baggages doors and worse at the back under the trailer. The menbrane was cut open near these leaks to prevent the floor to deteriorate and permit the floor to dry. The trailer was sent to the dealer and it was decided to ship the trailer back to the factory in Indiana from Ontario Canada. Quite a long travel. Over at the factory the crew replaced the whole back wall and the trailer box was removed from the frame completely. A new full manbrane was installed and all the lower mouldings were replaced with new ones. They also replaced the 2 pass thru doors and inserts with new ones and there I gained 2 locks on each doors. The original only had one. The work was done so well that you cannot find anything wrong. The underneath was sealed very well and special caulking was put around the bolts all around a thing that you dont get on the trailer at the assembly line. In short I am 100% satisfied with their work and gives them 2 thums up. And also they replaced a new closet door that had a scratch with a new one.

That's good to know!!!
I have heard other good things about FR and their commitment to quality
How do you like ur unit? I was considering that one, I really liked it; but in the end wanted something with a little more sleeping capacity.
What campgrounds have you been at?
I have booked Rondeau, Pineries, Inverhuron, and Awenda so far from May 'till August, but I'm always on the lookout for good recomendations!!!

To labzy. We like our 1809s a lot. We ordered it with the 14 inches wheels and a lots of options like the oven and a large 2 doors fridg. We also added a awning topper over the pull out slide. We chose the tuscan cream because I liked the wood look flooring. This trailer is a charm to pull. I have a 2009 uplander equipped with the trailer package including the HD transmission cooler and an extra engine oil cooler.I would not venture in hilly country because I know that a bigger vehicle would be needed but for us our pulling is all on flat terrains. We camp along the st laurence seaway. I was looking at the 2304 model also and liked that model a lot but it was a bit too heavy for my vehicle.
