Won't be the pump since the OP states pressure is the same regardless if using fresh water tank or hooked up to city water...my guess is there is an obstruction of some sort in the main line before it reaches any outlets. The poster who suggested compressed air may have the right idea, but you don't need to have a water bandit to accomplish that. You could just use the adaptor that fits onto the city water connection and on to your air compressor...same one used to blow out the lines when winterizing. Just do as that poster suggests and dial the pressure down to about 50 psi.

Forgot to ask in previous reply....you mentioned you purchased your unit in May of 2014, did you have this issue last year or is this something new this year?

Thanks to all for the suggestions, at this point I believe that it may be an obstruction. I'll try the compressed air ideas. The problem has been there since I bought it but I have a crummy dealer, they said it was normal and then when I said I would like to have it checked they replied it would be 3 months before they could get it in. I believe in the Forums.
