Water Pure cartridge

Need help in finding a replacement cartridge for my water filter. I have a
water pure filter which takes a cci-10-c filter and have to travel 100 miles
to my dealer for a filter but I have a culligan dealer within 10 miles. My question can I use a culligan filter, if so what number (they look the same and measure the same hole and length size)

I got mine at Lowe's, I used a whirlpool whole house filter. I think it was around 10-15 for a 2 pack.

I called the 1-800 number for water pure and they wanted $30. for a single cartridge, I think Forest River owns WP

Lowes or Home Depot is where I get mine and much cheaper.

Just like John Deere wants you to buy their oil and filters to change the oil in you lawnmower, Chey wants you to use their oil and filters...you get the drift...go to Wally World, Lowes, Home Depot, etc and get a filter...in the house we have found the ones with charcol in them that cost about $12.00 for two at the box stores work really well!

I bought a 5 micron filter from Home depot and installed it friday when I got to my campsite - with the original filter I did not have water pressure issues - with this new filter I do - the one I bought has a purple colored top

I was told to get a filter with charcoal but didnt see anything higher then 5 microns - I think I got the wrong filter unless the place I was at had low water pressure
