Water tank fill...

Just ordered a new Flagstaff 524rlws. I noticed the water tank fill is on the front of camper, not located with other water connections. Why would they do that? Most campgrounds we go to the water fill station is on drivers side of tow vehicle. Not a huge deal but odd I think.......

I don't know about that unit specifically... but I'd say it's because they placed the fresh water tank under the front of the unit.

Uncle Gene's fill and tank are near the rear of his unit... but his other water connections are in a side door in front of his axles.

Well, Mr Dan, I have a very dry sense of humor and this struck me as funny. I am glad you were serious, which makes it a little funnier.

My TT has the FW tank fill on the curb side as well. I like it there because if I have to refill the tank in the rain (from a 6 gal jug) I can be under the awning.
