what is this

This was in my materials when I bought my 2008 Flagstaff. Can someone tell me what it is.

The 'thingamajiggy' factory, which once existed in southern Switzerland closed years ago...This is obviously a 'whoozewhatzit'...and a fine example of one, I might add. But I do agree with 'Timex' on his gracious sentiment...LUCKY YOU!!!

That is an "almost round to it", as when the wife asked did you wash her car today, you can no, I "almost got round to it".

Really have no idea, unless it is somewhat flexible, and you can twist the two ends together to lock them, then you could use it to go around a rolled power cord, etc., and then twist the ends to lock them and keep the cord neat.

It looks like the propane bottle support from my Weber Baby-Q BBQ. It takes the narrow long propane bottles.

it is the support that holds up the propain cylinders on a weber gass grill i have one and now use a propain hose that connects to a 20 pound tank

Now that looks like it will fit around a female ankle with a pad lock or was it a man's ankle. But it really looks like it is the female type???????
