I went with the Blackstone Tailgater which is half BBQ and half Griddle. I like the way the legs fold up compared to Camp Chef, however, you can't go wrong with the Camp Chef either. The tailgater is a little smaller than the 3 burner which fits us better (just the two of us), If we were cooking for more people then I'd opt for the 3 burner for sure. The "tailgater" BBQ/Griddle combos are awesome.
I fold the legs then put just the frame in a plastic tub, then I bag the griddle and BBQ box separately.
Recently picked up a propane pizza oven, DW rolls her own dough, adds fresh ingredients and is some of the best pizza ever, homemade or otherwise.
