There are tons of Pre-Delivery checklists available on the internet. Do a Google search and you will have plenty of info.

Here's a link to just one of those lists.

First off. Gray and black tank and water hoses don't come with TT. Need to ask about that,
Is it new or used TT?

PDI Checklist

that was a pretty good check list
a lot of THINGS to be checking
but
well worth the time spent

on #

13.

Chassis Inspection — Put on some old clothes or coveralls and get a good-sized piece of cardboard or carpet to make it easier to lie on you back while checking around under the trailer. If it’s possible to do so without jacking up the rig, it’s a lot easier, but do what makes sense to you.
You want to be able to Inspect all air and / or hydraulic lines, wiring, shock absorber attachments, and in general every place that a wire or pipe could rub against something that could cause a problem later.
All wiring and piping should be properly fastened.

I would add to check for ((too)) sloppy of welds
welds missing

this is one way in which
to get the manufactors to pay better attention
to their frame construction

we could call the frame the heart
when it fails we are down

thats the list I used- I also told the dealer that I was going to do this and wanted to get there an hour before the PDI so I could do my checklist. he was more than happy to accommodate me and I didn't have to wait around for them in case they were running late and they were. I also caught the guy starting to put the dealer stickers on and stopped him.
have fun with it and let us know how it went.

If you can, video the PDI so you can refer to later. We were glad we did especially when they went over hitching, so many things to remember it was quite helpful to refer to.
Enjoy your trailer!

I also took a lot of notes during our walk-thru, and later did not understand what I had written down. This forum is a life saver, for sure!
Congratulations on your new camper!

Have them show you were AND how to winterize it
have them locate low point drains
where the hw by pass valve is
Where the water pump is
How to operate and drain the hw heater in electric and gas mode
Ask them to show you the convertor and fuses within.
how to operate fridge in gas and electric.
ask what each and every switch does in the camper.
Ask them to correctly in stall wd hitch and show you how to adjust.
where the water filter is
