Which kind of roof?

I'm planning on adding a Fantastic Vent fan and when replacing the roof seal, there is a "kit" that I can use. It is basically butyl tape and screws but the kits are intended for fiberglass/metal roofs and the other is for rubber roofs only. I saw on other threads that my roof is probably a TPO roof. So is it classified as a fiberglass/metal roof or rubber?

Universal Vent Installation Kit - Fiberglass/Metal Roofs - Camco 25003 - Fan and Vent Accessories - Camping World

Universal Vent Installation Kit - Rubber Roofs Only - Camco 25013 - Fan and Vent Accessories - Camping World

So which one?

Or does it matter?

TPO is a rubber roof.

Edit: Well, it isn't actually rubber but given the two choices . . .

I just replaced my regular vent with a Fantastic fan this past week. You need the butyl tape (without the screws) and Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant. The Fantastic fan comes with the correct size screws.
I bought the reversible so the smoke alarm in the kitchen stays silent. It is a great mod.
