I know this is probably not much help but we used to have a 832-bhss flagstaff that was a great camper for 7 years and served us very well !
My dw did not want to get rid of it.

Thanks. That seems to be the consensus with previous owners. I guess I'm looking for some do's and dont's with this TT or things I should know about it.

We had virtually zero problems with it .
Converter fan gave up and then ultimately the converter after the warranty was shortly out.
Had to have the concertone replaced under warranty.
Solid well built trailer.
There may be a couple of little do dad things but those were the two major I can think of.

The dealer had it sold before we even traded it.

831bhds

We have a 2013 that we picked up in February. It is an excellent camper that suites us well. I was impressed with the options and the overall fit and finish of the unit. My wife especially loves the space and I love the outdoor kitchen. We have had no problems as of yet (knock on wood) and have spent over 6 nights in our camper.

31 bunk house

We have a 2011 831 dbl slide bunk house with the outside kitchen. We love it. At times we have TV reception issues while others around us seem to be working fine. The kitchen pantry is narrow and deep, I put wire baskets on draw slides so we can easily access can goods etc. and get full use. The TV in bunk house I use a expandable rod (like a shower rod) across the front to make sure the TV stays in place during travel. The draws under your bed, for better use we placed a 1/4" piece of plywood (support in middle) over the entire area this way nothing falls out of draws and you have about 8" by the entire area of extra storage. Good place for your adult toys...lol. The only problem I have with it is the outside sink drains into black tank if you have the dbl slide. Knew this when I bought it, we learn how to live with it, only a problem with no sewerhook-up. Traded in a 29.5 bh. cougar for the flagstafff and never look back love it...

few more thoughts

Not sure if you went with the 31 bdhs or not. Few things to consider if you did. Upon set-up if you have the outdoor kitchen try level so water falls rear bunk side. If happens to fall over outdoor kitchen the water splashes off the lid. No biggy easy fix, I took to plastic water bottles cut the bottom off each and slide together. The drinking side of bottle fits perfectly on your drip eves extension. I think all are equiped with extension.
A handy tip, the exterior front storage door on the awning side. 2011 only have lockable entrance, I installed an additional "thumb lock" (no key required) as this is the storage I access the most.
owner of 2011 31bhds outdoor kitchen and love it.

We have a 2013 we love it. We have had one minor problems the out door kitchen door seal leaked and let water in onto the counter and caused the laminate separate at the edge, that's it.
