Dealer problem.

Unless the male screw on connector is no longer at the end of the cable, the antenna was NOT installed. It was either never installed at the manufacture or it was removed/stolen after the dealer had it in inventory. Had the antenna blown off or been forcefully removed by striking something like a tree, there would be damage to the roof plate where the antenna mast is attached. Your picture shows no such damage and more than likely had this happened, forcefully removed, the cable, unless the connector is missing, would remain connected to the antenna. Take it back to the dealer and demand a replacement. In the meantime you need to cover the opening to keep rain out.

You missed the photo of his trailer in front of the house before he left on that trip.

The antenna was, in fact, mounted on top of the TT.

Just got a GeoPro 19FD with a defective A/C unit, thought I was going to have to take it to dealer 3 hours away. Good news was Airxcel, the A/C mfr has authorized repair facilities that do warranty work. Towed it 22 minutes away for 'diagnosis' and warranty approval. Had to take it back again today to have the unit swapped out with a NEW new one, lol. Worked out well for me. You may be able to do something similar with Wineguard, being it is under warranty.

Do to the fact there is no damage on the roof, and no damage to the antenna holder, they are going to warranty it. Dealer said more than likely was never installed correctly from the manufacture.
