Winter Storage

I have a new Micro Lite 21FBRS. I went to Camping World and bought an ADCO Tyvek cover. It fits and looks great. I did change the trailers factory supplied 12 volt battery to two Trojan deep cell 6 volt golf cart batteries.
My question is; I bought a Black & Decker battery tender, isolated the trailer battery and have the battery tender operational. I was told to check the water level every two weeks. I also emptied the waste tanks and put in TT antifreeze.
Any other things I should do?

Depending on where you're storing it don't forget about critter control.
