Wire hanging above axle and just inside rear wheels?

Is this ok or should I try to secure it so it doesnít hang!

Sounds like brake wires. A photo would help. If brake wires, not a big issue, you just donít want them to come in contact with the tires or suspension.

If it is brake wires you don't want them swinging free, but you have to leave enough slack in them to account for up and down travel of the axle. On spring hung axles that's several inches, could be close to a foot.
