15000a/c

I have ordered a Rockwood ultra light 2906w with a optional 15000 a/c unit. Would I be correct in assuming it would come with 50 amp service with the rough in for front a/c. I wasn't given the option of 30 or 50 amp service.

I would not assume. I have a heritage glen. I think just about all of them do have 50 amp service but the build sheet from the factory clearly showed that as an upgrade. Probably an upgrade on just about every unit made but I could see a "base" unit being build without it.

I was able to see the factory build sheet when my unit was ordered an I was able to see about 100 different things that were listed and going to be included.

under there web sight under specifications it shows the 50 amp service as an option with the second air. Don't know about one air upgraded to the large size?

Lots of good info on that page that shows whats standard.

I have a single 15000 btu AC and a 30A trailer. There is a 50A option for mine but I don't have it. When you prewire for the second AC they update you to 50A.

Two separate options. Ours has the 15K A/C & is 30 amp but it is not prepped for 50 amp & the second bedroom A/C.

Happy camper, in about 6 hours we pick up our Rockwood 2906ws from the dealer. Maybe I will be able to answer your question after that.

Most of the campers that have only one AC 15000btu come with 30amp. Unless it's optioned out to have a second air it will it come with 50amp service. My 5th wheel came that way. Later RJD

After looking at the specs and brochure closer I don't think it will come with 50 amp service.
Give me a shout back after you pick yours up. I love the layout of this trailer with the aposing slides and theatre chairs.

Correct.
15k air is one option.
2nd A/C ready w/50a service is a separate option.

On Edit:
One other thing... not sure how long ago you ordered but my dealer told me that some changes could be made after the order went in.
If you really want the 2nd A/C 50a service option, contact the dealer and see what they say.

I have a 2018 Windjammer being delivered Saturday. Mine is 15,000AC, and 50A service. The salesman told me that it's wired for the 2nd AC if ever wanted, that's the need for the 50A.

Did you order the camper? I would think if they ordered it with the 15000AC then it should come wired for 50 amp. However my 2011 V-lite similar to the Windjamer with a 15000 btu AC only had 30amp. Later RJD

Negative, I bought it off the dealers lot. They had (4) 2018 Windjammer 3008W, all wired the same...15,000AC, 50A service. We were told both were optional upgrades. I wish mine was 30A, as our local campgrounds where I'm parking it, is 30A, and I will need to use a 50A-30A pigtail.
