2011 rockwood minilite 2502s

We need a little help and this might seem somewhat novice but we need to find out how to remove the kitchen drawers off the glides. There seems to be no visible way of doing it and the screw fastening the frame to the floor has come loose and we need to take them out to fix the problem. Thanks. :-)

On my Rockwood you have to pull the black tabs toward you on the drawer glides. It takes some effort so stay after it. I hope this helps.

We checked today and our black tabs don't move, but there are some slender tabs that are really hard to see and you have push the rt. one down and the left one up and pull the drawer out. It took my husband a bit of tinkering to do, but finally did it.
Thanks.
