2011 Roo 233S - AC

Our AC unit went out last fall and I am starting to shop for a new unit. It is a 45 minute drive to where we currently are storing the camper and I was wondering if anyone knows the model number of the AC unit? I know it is a ducted 13,500 unit but I would like to replace with very similar unit and hopefully I can do it myself. I have a note that shows Coleman 48253A866 - Mach 3 Plus but I would like to confirm before I place the order.

Call or shoot an email off to one of the service reps listed in the contact us section of the Rockwood website. It may take them a day or two to respond, but they can look up the unit file and tell you the model #right down to the serial number.

Now would be a good time to upgrade to the 15,000 BTU unit. You won't be sorry.

thanks everyone. I will head up to the camper this weekend and double check. I was thinking about going up to the 15,000 btu unit as I am sure it would be worth it.

I've never seen any of the Roo/Shamrock hybrids, with ducted a/c, have any with heat strips.

Maybe the 19' and under that have non-ducted a/c.

I think the heat strip is something you can ad to the unit, there is a place for it on some a/c models
