Currently pulling a Rockwood 5th wheel 8280 thru the Colorado Rockies with 2010 Tundra Dbl cab 5.7L with tow package. This is our first RV of any type and we are very pleased both with the truck and the RV. Did equip the Tundra with bags and E rated tires. Pulling a 5th wheel is impressive as passing semi's do not affect handling or produce sway. Truck has the power and is capable.

Took my rig out this weekend from home to Pardee Lake 135 mile round trip mostly county highway/roads in foothills T26TBSS at 7200 pounds/1000 hitch weight, 2013 Tundra Dbl cab, 5.7, with tow package, myself, DW and 2 teenage grandchildren, the truck performed very well with some down shifting on hills (which I for one expect). Did 9 mpg.
